Gold Level Service covers the following:
- 100% of all Labor Charges — even to show you how to work your lift.
- 100% of all Parts Charges — Including Batteries
- Ground freight on all replacement parts
- A new set of batteries to ensure the reliable operation of your lift every 2 years
- Reasonable Response time, typically less than 48 hours from your call to us arriving at your door.

Our Basic Silver Level Service covers the following:
- 100% of all Labor Charges
- A new set of batteries to ensure reliable operation of your lift every three (3) years
- Reasonable Response time, typically less than 48 hours from your call to us arriving at your door.
- Does not cover Parts or Freight

Our Best — Platinum Level Service covers the following:
- 100% of all Labor
- 100% of all Parts — Including Batteries
- Overnight freight on ALL replacement parts, including Saturday delivery.
- A new set of batteries every two (2) years to ensure reliable operation of your lift
- YOU ARE NEXT response time: Other than getting on a plane or going to a wedding, when you call, your home will become our next destination. You will have us at your door in less than 6 hours.

- Reasonable Response time, typically less than 72 hours (3 days) — we know that the lift matters in your life
- Does not cover Parts, Freight or Labor
- Batteries when yours fail
