1. What does your price include?
Rollin’ Along prices include material, freight, measurements and fitting, installation labor and our one year “No Problem” service contract.
2. Does a licensed contractor directly supervise the work?
Yes. California License number 839483
3. Will the work be done by a factory trained crew?
Yes. The crew chief attended and passed the factory training for: Bruno Independent Living Aids in February, 2003, and again in 2006. Liko Overhead Lift Installation in May 2004.
4. How long have you been in business?
Rollin’ Along was founded in 1998.
5. What if I have a problem with the operation of this equipment?
Just give us a call. Our hours are 9 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week. Our trained personnel are here to serve you and answer any questions you may have.
6. Do you have a liability policy?
Yes. Rollin’ Along receives its liability coverage from VGM Insurance. We happily will provide you a copy of our policy.
7. What is your “No Problem Warranty” ?
For the duration of this warranty, [6 months on repairs and 1 or 2 years for new installs] we want you to have “no problem” with the work we did. During this period we will repair any damage, perform additional training, answer any question you may have with equipment we supplied. We exclude from our coverage, damage caused by an auto accident, for lifts installed on a vehicle.
8. What can I expect at the installation?
We take care in all aspects of installation and carry all the required tools and supplies. Rollin’ Along will remove all packing material and recycles the cardboard, bubble wrap, air foam packing and wood.
9. How will I know how to use this equipment?
We will train you after the installation to insure that you are comfortable with the operation of your new equipment. If you have any further operation questions, we will happily visit you or answer your questions over the phone.
